Investment Banking Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our esteemed investment banking team. The ideal candidate will bring 3 to 5 years of expertise in financial analysis, M&A, and capital markets, coupled with a strong background in managing investor relations and leading fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead fundraising activities, including investor outreach, presentations, and deal closures.

- Tap into extensive networks of PE, VC firms, and family offices to facilitate capital-raising efforts.

- Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation, and financial modeling.

- Assist in executing M&A transactions and support capital raising activities.

- Develop and maintain strong client and investor relationships.

- Mentor junior analysts and associates.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, PE, VC, or corporate finance.

- Proven ability to manage fundraising activities and investor relations.

- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Information:

- Some travel may be required for client meetings and transactions.
