Job Description - You will assist in pitching and executing M&A, PE fund raising and ECM mandates in IT services and outsourcing companies.

The Successful Candidate - You will have an outstanding academic record from a top business school in India or from overseas. Additional qualifications such as a CA are welcome. As a Vice President, you will be a member of the graduating class between 2003-2006 and have work experience of between 5-8 years. Exposure to the IT services and outsourcing (BPO) is essential. There is a clear preference for bankers that have had deal execution experience and are familiar with the life cycle of a transaction.
