Investment Banking /Corporate Finance Specialists:

Candidate profile:

- MBA Finance from Top B Schools with exposure in the said domain from Corporate Banking/ Mergers & Acquisitions /Raising Capital, Private Equity, Venture Capital background

- Should have an entrepreneur bent of mind, analytical, matured, excellent communication and influential skills

- Should be a go getter and have high energy levels. Understanding of debts markets with business development experience in deal origination and closures will be an added advantage

- Also should have strong network relationships from business perspective and be able to manage client portfolios independently

- Should have understanding of Offshore corporate investments and legacy planning

- Strong experience in Debt & Fund Syndication in Real estate will be given high priority .

- Prefer candidates from Corporate Banking/ Mergers & Acquisitions /Raising Capital, Private Equity, Venture Capital vertical of MNC / Indian Banks / Broking firms / PE / Boutique Financial Services Consulting firms, Financial Institutions / FII
