The successful candidate will utilize a combination of Business, Data, Product, Technical expertise to onshore delivery managers to solve problems / deliver solutions with revenue generating / cost saving / risk mitigation goals. Some examples include new KPIs, litigation support, client segmentation & productivity analysis.
- The successful candidate must be able to communicate at all levels in the organization & possess strong people, relationship management & analytics skills in addition to superior knowledge on data, infrastructure & the Businesses being supported.
- The group is front facing & services Sales & Execution across the Securities client franchise on a daily basis. The environment is fast paced, highly-pressured & fully engaged with the Business, specifically Senior Management, Regional / Functional Heads, COOs / Business Management in both the development & delivery of high value-add client MI.
- The service offering includes top line revenues, bottom line economic profitability, CRM together with external bench marking such as Surveys & Broker Reviews - from submission & normalization of data to analyzing & interpretation results.
- The successful candidate will report into the onshore delivery manager as well as the local India IB Client lead.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Managing the day to day relationship with Business Management & key stakeholders
- Together with RAS onshore delivery manager, liaise with Senior Management, SRMs, Sales & Trading Heads & assist in supplying / improving standardised reports, investigation of ad hoc enquiries & analysis for ad hoc projects as well as securities distribution business initiatives
- Development & delivery of regular reporting requirements for the business
- Undertaking bespoke client MI projects (ranging from new reporting suites to self service tools) owning each project from start to finish
- Collaborating closely with RAS colleagues to ensure consistency in underlying data & reporting
- Managing handover of any identified process & reporting to ONO colleagues ensuring seamless delivery
- Ensuring documentation of all processes & reports maintained
- Managing integrity of underlying data to highest standards
- Provide coverage of existing business critical reporting tasks
