Investment Banking Analyst - M&A Advisory/PE Syndication - CA/IIM/XLRI/TISS/MDI/FMS

We are looking for an Investment Banking Analyst [2010 to 2013 batch only] for a MNC IB for Mumbai Location. Preference is for someone who has been part of atleast a couple of executed deals on the M&A Advisory or PE Syndication space

Roles and responsibilities include :

- Identifying and researching investors and potential Clients

- Preparing Pitchbooks/Presentations and other collateral

- Managing existing relationships and Building new investor relationships

- Executing M&A and PE Syndication deals originated by Senior team members

The job will involve late sittings and lot of commitment.

The candidate should demonstrate :

- Excellent Networking and Communication Skills [Written as well as Verbal]

- Good presentation skills

- Ability to understand people and their perspective

- Excellent finance and mathematical skills

Only those who are currently working with leading Investment Banks in India and fit the above profile should apply. Preference for Premier Institutes and 1st attempt CA's with additional qualifications
