Job Description - As an Associate in the fund, you will be responsible for:

- Researching investment ideas

- Sourcing deals for the fund to invest in

- Executing investments and playing a leading role in the due diligence, term sheet negotiation and final investment

- Working closely with promoters to demonstrate a value addition

The Successful Candidate - You will have a Masters in Finance or an MBA from a Tier I School (Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, IIM, ISB). You will have between 1-2 years of experience with an investment bank. You should have been a part of at least 2-3 deals and have played an extensive role in each of these. You possess outstanding communication skills and are a go-getter.
