Investment Banking Analyst

A Boutique investment firm is looking to hire candidates with 1-4 years of experience in execution of investment banking and private equity deals.

- Preparation and analysis of financial model of corporates and preparation of Information memorandum for prospective corporates.

- Preparation of Feasibility studies for M & A and strategic alliance deals

- Meeting with the various fund houses and prospective investors for the opportunities available in the investment banking domain

- Assisting clients as well as fund house in conducting financial due diligence for respective deals

- Active involvement for smooth disbursement of funds to corporates post execution of funding agreement.
