- As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the deal-making process, conducting financial analysis, and assisting senior professionals in executing transactions. You will be responsible for researching market trends, creating financial models, and preparing presentations for clients. The role involves collaboration with various teams to facilitate the successful completion of transactions.


- Responsibilities: Financial Modeling: Create and maintain complex financial models for valuation, merger and acquisition analysis, and other financial transactions. Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess potential outcomes.


- Market Research: Conduct industry and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Stay informed about economic and financial developments that may impact client transactions.


- Due Diligence: Assist in due diligence processes by gathering and analyzing relevant financial and operational data. Prepare due diligence reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.


- Transaction Support: Support senior bankers in the execution of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising activities. Coordinate with legal, tax, and other relevant teams to ensure a smooth transaction process.


- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to gather information and address queries. Contribute to the development of client relationships through professionalism and high-quality work. Presentation Preparation: Prepare pitch books, information memoranda, and other client presentations to effectively communicate financial information and strategic recommendations.


- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior bankers, associates, and other team members to ensure seamless collaboration on projects. Contribute to a positive and high-performance team culture. Qualifications: Education PG: MBA/PGDM in Finance Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.


- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams. Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.


- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and industry trends. Technology Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant financial software. Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, ability to meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
