Role Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic and highly analytical PE Investment Associate with a top educational pedigree from IIM A/B/C. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in VC, private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a related field. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior team members in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investment Analysis: Conduct detailed market and industry research, financial modeling, and valuation analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.

- Due Diligence: Assist in comprehensive due diligence processes, including financial, operational, and strategic analysis.

- Deal Execution: Support the execution of investment transactions, including preparing investment memos, coordinating with advisors, and managing deal documentation.

- Portfolio Management: Monitor and support portfolio companies, track performance metrics, and assist in strategic initiatives to drive value creation.

- Market Research: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to inform investment strategies.

Qualifications:

- MBA from Top B school

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a related field.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
