Investment Associate/Research Analyst at Tikri Investments

Founded by Mr. Prashant Jain, Tikri is a family investment office having its office in Nariman Point, Mumbai. The founder. Mr. Prashant Jain has had a long and successful career as a corporate executive at JSW group where he headed JSW Energy for 6 years before taking an early retirement to start his own venture. Tikri has investments both in public and private markets, both in equity & debt, and is aiming to leverage Mr. Jain's experience to become a marquee long term investor in Indian markets.

Tikri's investment philosophy is rooted in partnering with investee companies with focus on long-term, quality wealth creation. We believe in in-depth research for our investment decisions. Our research process focuses both on financial and operational details. We look for businesses with sustainable advantage over competition, experienced & reliable management, and attractive valuation.

1. Qualification (At least one of the below)

- MBA (Finance)/CA/CFA Level 2 Candidates and above

2. Responsibilities :

- You will be reporting directly to Mr. Jain in investment research function.

- Building and maintaining financial models of investee companies and ideas in the pipeline.

- Writing research notes, updates, and presentations on various investment ideas, whether in the portfolio or under investigation phase.

- Regularly communicating with management of investee and other companies of interest.

- Developing network with other market participants such as buy side and sell side analysts; attending various industry conferences and meets.

3. Skills required :

- Thorough understanding of Financial Statements, Financial Models & Valuation analysis

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint is required.

- Effective verbal/written communication and presentation skills.

- Strong team player and willingness to take on challenges.
