About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated and resourceful individuals to join our Private Credit Financial Research team. This is a front-office-aligned role supporting global investment teams across North America and Europe, focused on evaluating and monitoring private credit transactions across the capital structure. You will gain exposure to live deals, asset management processes, and contribute to the full investment lifecyclefrom underwriting to post-trade performance analysis.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior investment professionals on the buy side, helping evaluate credit quality, conduct due diligence, build financial models, and participate in portfolio monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support deal teams in evaluating private corporate credit opportunities across sectors and geographies

- Build detailed financial models, conduct cash flow forecasting, sensitivity analysis, and covenant modeling

- Prepare investment memoranda, management presentations, and participate in due diligence workstreams

- Conduct industry and company research to support investment theses

- Assist in deal execution, including compiling deal documentation, tracking fund flows, and managing internal systems

- Support asset management by tracking portfolio performance, covenant compliance, business plan reviews, and exit strategy formulation

- Coordinate with servicers, borrowers, and technology teams to streamline post-trade reporting and analytics

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CFA, or CA preferred)

- 216 years of experience in Private Credit, Leveraged Finance, Investment Grade Credit, or Debt Advisory roles

- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques (DCF, IRR, ROI, etc.)

- Familiarity with credit underwriting and capital structures

- Experience in preparing investment decks, pitch books, and decision materials for senior stakeholders

- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large financial datasets

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly articulate investment theses

- High attention to detail, self-starter mentality, and ability to work under tight deadlines

- Exposure to buy-side investment processes and tools is highly desirable
