Job Description:

The Investment Analyst is an integral member of the investment team.

The specific responsibilities include:

- Identify Investment prospects through outreach / campus relations and secondary research

- Due Diligence Support including customer and management references, market sizing and mapping, customer surveys and industry research

- Supporting other operational activities, including but not limited to marketing, fund administration and contact management.

- Compiling research reports on specific companies or industries

- Monitoring portfolio companies through review of reports and interaction with management teams

We also expect the analyst to contribute to the conversations about future investments and the current portfolio.

An ideal candidate would have:

- Someone with prior experience in Ecell (The Entrepreneurship Cell)

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills

- Excellent Excel skills

- Deep knowledge of the technology of the internet

- Personal familiarity with a range of web and mobile services

- Prior programming/and or web design skills are a plus - not a requirement

- Self-starter, able to initiate projects and work independently

- High energy and proactive attitude

- Excellent oral and written presentation skills
