Investment Analyst - Corporate Venture - Manufacturing

Job description:

- Networking with incubators/ accelerators, VC funds and building a pipeline of investment opportunities that fit the investment criteria of Dare

- Detailed evaluation of the potential investment opportunities; preparing and presenting investment documentation, investment reports/ memos, IC presentations, financial & valuation models for the Investment committee

- Managing due-diligence activities and documentation of approved investments

- Active monitoring of portfolio companies on their performance; reviewing MIS submitted by portfolio companies and preparing and presenting performance updates for Investment committee

Qualifications:

- CA/ MBA with 1-3 years of experience preferably with a Venture Capital firm or Investment Bank

- Experience in Agri sector preferred (Not mandatory)

- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation

- Good oral and written communication skills

- Candidates willing to relocate to Chennai may only apply
