Our Client is a US$ 3 billion Indian multi-business conglomerate group with interests in financial services, healthcare and insurance. The group carved out a separate holding company for the it's real estate, packaging, labeling and lamination films and new ventures division.
The real estate vertical has already raised Rs. 770 crores through equity and is set to invest about Rs 1,500 crore over the next three years to build a portfolio of office spaces. The company is completing its first commercial project of 5 lakh square feet in Noida and is redeveloping an existing office property in the heart of Delhi with 1 lakh square feet of office space.
As an Investment Analyst, you will be responsible for business development and building a pipeline of opportunities/deals in the real estate sector.
What you will do:
- Sourcing and filtering new business opportunities for the company through market research and networking
- Building a pipeline of business opportunities for evaluation and carrying out business model evaluation and financial modelling to assess viability of deals
- Executing the identified opportunity(ies) and structure the transaction along with managing all related activities
- Supporting in building and evolving the strategy of the organization, including segment identification and analysis
- Responsible for business planning, implementation and successful execution of strategy
- Maintaining healthy relationship with internal and external stakeholders
Candidate Profile:
- MBA (Finance) from a tier 1/2 college with graduation from a tier 1 college
- Experience in investment side pertaining to real estate is highly preferred
- Demonstrable experience of 2-5 years with experience in evaluating commercial real estate deals
- Market Research, financial modelling and networking
- Ability to work in a startup environment
- Analytical thinking and presentation skills
- Energetic and passionate professional with ability to work with a diverse stakeholder set, both internally and externally
- Impressive and polished communication skills
