Investment Analyst - BFS

We are an Investment firm that seeks to invest in venture capital, real estate, private equity and public markets across the globe. We are looking to add an Investment Analyst in our team. The candidate is expected to conduct investment analyses and manage an existing portfolio of investments.

A STRONG background in private equity/investment banking and deep analytical capabilities would be essential to succeed in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Responsible for end to end investment process including identification, evaluation, execution, closing and post investment monitoring

- Complete ownership of project and investment analysis, due diligence including site visits

- Prepare information memorandum, other marketing collateral.

- Coordinate with multiple agencies including regulatory bodies, lawyers, bankers, project sponsors, and financial consultants

- Post investment monitoring of project milestones and investor returns

- The candidate should be an MBA/CA from a reputed institute and have minimum 2 years of work experience in private equity or investment banking industry.
