Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for driving the advisory proposition for the branch/region mapped as per the SEBI prescribed guidelines
- Ensure regular meeting with new and existing clients and conduct regular portfolio reviews for clients and also ensuring effective implementation of the same
- To carry out scientific financial planning for the clients basis their financial goals, liabilities and other requirements
- Understand all products on the approved list and be able to articulate recommendation and house view to clients
- Contribute to the house view on direction of equity & debt markets
- To stay ahead of the curve, recommend new asset classes to central team where clients might be expressing interest
- To be the key investment support to the Relationship team, ensuring the RMs in the region/branch are up to the mark with information/ knowledge on products in specific, and investment basics in general
- Constant upskilling of self, and of the relationship team on investment capabilities
- Track competition and take great initiatives and come up with new and improved ideas for improving the advisory proposition
- Build assets under advisory through effective implementation of the advisory proposition
- Ensuring adherence to Investment Advisory discipline/processes, while constantly evaluating opportunities for optimising business with tactical focus on investment opportunities
- Assisting the central Products team, and the Regional Business head in achieving the revenue/AUM targets for the region on Q-o-Q basis.
