Position Title - Investment Accounting & NAV Manager

Function : Investment operations

Position Reports to - Senior Manager – Treasury and fund A/c

Band: NA

Location: Mumbai

Key Accountabilities

- Accounting for unit capital; Tracking and accounting of corporate action (i.e. dividend and interest receipts); Accounting for trade settlements

- Valuation of Investments i.e. Debt / equity

- Computation and publishing NAV on daily basis

- Making monthly / quarter end financials and related activities

- Benchmarking with similar industry practices

- Managing Auditors and compliance to Investment regulations

Person Profile:

Education Background - Chartered Accountant

B Com or M Com with relevant experience

Any other job related skills required e.g. software programs, Excel, MS office, M-fund system

Years of experience - 1-2 years

Industry Exposure: e.g. Consumer Durables, IT, Financial Services, preferably Insurance Industry, Mutual fund industry

Type of Experience : E.g retail sales, market research etc.

a. Essential - Investment accounting & NAV

b. Desirable - M-fund system

Personal Attributes - Good communication skills, willing to stretch, positive attitude.
