Looking for Manager/Sr.Manager - Motor Theft Recovery (Investigation Officer)

We are looking for an Investigation Manager for one of our clients in the Insurance Domain, which is based out of Chennai.

Designation: Investigations Manager

Experience: 6-12 Years

Role: Motor theft recovery, investigation & claims at a national level.

Job Location: Chennai

CTC: 10 LPA (Not a constraint for the right candidate)

Job Description:

- Motor Theft Claims Handling from cradle to grave for the region.

- Scrutinizing and processing of the motor theft claims.

- Making claim entries in the system.

- Maintaining of MIS and Registers.

- Verifying that all the regulatory and compliance procedures are in place.

- Identification and Eradication of Fraud

- Maximizing of motor theft recoveries.

- Maintaining Relationships with various departments eg: underwriting, claims, marine, customer service and marketing.

- Working in co-ordination with external agencies.

- Liasoning with the law enforcement agencies.

- Appearing in courts on behalf of the company as and when needed.

- Identification and appointment of agencies.

- Conducting of investigation and recovery for various departments as and when needed.

- Working as a part of multi disciplinary team.

- Adhering to the guidance and procedures laid down by HO and regular updation to HO.

- Acting as a point for identification all key areas where the losses can be minimized

Preferable/Desirable:

- Post Graduate in any discipline / Law Graduate

- Previously handled Theft Claims Recovery and Marine Recovery

- Intense knowledge of RTI and court case handling.

- Experienced in handling disputes and difficult customers.

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
