About the Department

Invest India is the National Investment Promotion and Facilitation Agency under the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. It hosts teams working with various government initiatives such as Make in India, Startup India, AGNii, and PMG.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and implement product strategies that incorporate AI technologies, enhancing product functionality and user experience.

2. Collaborate with technical teams to define product requirements, create roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery of features.

3. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings and drive adoption. Demonstrate a deep understanding of AI technologies, continuously staying abreast of the latest trends and advancements to drive innovative solutions.

4. Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle and assessing risks.

5. Conduct sophisticated data analyses to guide deployment strategies and assess the impact of AI-driven initiatives.

6. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, Python, or other coding tools.

7. Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops for government personnel on AI technologies and their applications.

8. Serve as a crucial link between government departments and technical teams, facilitating seamless communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Qualifications

1. At least 5+ years of relevant experience working on enterprise products as a lead developer, data scientist manager, or product manager, or in relevant fields.

2. A Master's/Bachelor's degree in a technical field relevant to AI, such as Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.

3. Strong technical proficiency, with skills in Python, R, or other programming languages relevant to data analytics.

4. Proven ability to manage complex product lifecycles and integrate customer feedback into product development.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
