We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Operations to join our HR team. The HR Operations will play a crucial role in managing and administering various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the HR department.

- Employee ticket management
- Reports & MIS
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate payroll reports and analytics for management review. Analyse payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Audit Preparation: Prepare and provide support for internal and external audits related to payroll and compliance matters. Ensure all records and documentation are accurate and readily accessible.
- Employee Inquiries: Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues, deductions, and taxation. Provide excellent customer service and timely resolution of payroll-related concerns.
- Policy and Procedure Development: Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies, procedures, and guidelines. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of payroll processes and systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Participate in payroll-related projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- 4-5 years of experience in payroll processing and compliance, preferably in a multi-state environment.
- Proficiency with payroll software and HRIS systems.
- Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
