Invest India - Assistant Vice President - Digital Strategy

Invest India is the National Investment Promotion and Facilitation Agency under the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. It hosts teams working with various government initiatives such as Make in India, Startup India, AGNii, and PMG.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the engagement with multiple stakeholders including Internal team, Ministries/Departments, State Governments, Quasi-Government Agencies, PSUs, and Private Promoters/Investors.

- Define and deliver business dashboards and reports for different stakeholders (Internal team, Ministries/State Government, etc.) to utilize for decision making, monitoring and management.

- Innovate new approaches for generating insights that can enable policy making and improving existing businesses processes.

- Create a road-map for roll-out of new initiatives, in consultation with external and internal stakeholders, and set priority for execution, while managing existing program priorities.

- Develop long-term outreach strategy for different end-users.

- Manage end-to-end engagement of external consultants and third-party vendors.

- Manage team and resource priorities, including hiring, training, and mentoring the team.

- Managing contracts and services as per company policies.

- Prepare research material, blogs, reports, brochures, presentations, and briefing notes related to sector opportunities.

- Have deep analytical thinking and the ability to formulate Macro level strategies.

- Address ad hoc requests from various stakeholders.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 6 years of full-time work experience, with at least 3 years at a leading Corporate/Consulting firm.

- Post-graduate or graduate degree in business management/ engineering streams from Universities in India/abroad

- Ability to work in teams and independently take responsibility of delivering key results.

- Strong Communication, Research and Analytical skills.

- Expertise with tools like Microsoft Excel and PPT.

- Ability to work in a challenging environment, with multiple projects, and strict timelines
