Education is the driving force behind every country's economy, directly or indirectly. Many colleges have adapted to modernization, and have started making students work in groups to solve problems, learn online and integrate science with arts. But it is noticed even then, students that are graduating lack the advanced skills and innovative thinking to work through the modern-day challenges in the workplace. Entrepreneurship education aids students from all socioeconomic backgrounds to think outside the box and nurture unconventional talents and skills. The role revolves around building and growing the student entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities -

- Conceptualize and execute programs focused on empowering student entrepreneurs from schools and colleges across India

- Responsible and accountable for end-to-end delivery of projects

- Track and monitor end to end execution of the programs and initiatives

- Identify and generate new leads in India and globally

- Conduct extensive sector-specific and academia-related research

- Maintenance and execution of activities for Startup International Bridges

- Stakeholder management with officials, partners & startups ecosystem stakeholders

- System Building within the team and development of new models

- Handhold startups, academic institutions, student entrepreneurs, incubators and Government departments in entrepreneurial subjects to create a conducive startup ecosystem and resolve queries in stipulated time

- Provide support to ministry officials for formulating policies, schemes, measures etc. and address ad how requests

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or Masters degree (Public Policy or Development Studies / Economics or Management Sciences / Engineering from Premier Institute / International Relations will be preferred)

- 2 to 4 years of work experience in Public Policy, Consulting, Investment Banking, Partnerships, Strategy, International Relations or Academia

- Passionate to contribute & learn

- A problem-solving approach, data-driven decision making and strong project management skills

- Excellent Research and Communications skills

- Well versed with all tools of Microsoft Office
