Individual Contributor Role  Overall Job Purpose :   - As part of the Investment Services Regulatory team, this is a multi-faceted role supporting Invesco's efforts to be compliant with Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) obligations, manage Legal Entity Identifiers (LEIs) processes, and assist in regulatory change management.AEOI includes US Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and OECD's Common Reporting Standard (CRS) which impact multiple jurisdictions and functions  - The role involves continuous engagement with globalbusiness stakeholders and senior leadership across APAC, EMEA and NA  Key Responsibilities :   - Support on-going activities related to Automated Exchange of Information (AEOI) obligations  - Support jurisdictional FATCA/ CRS Responsible Officers to efficiently fulfil their AEOI related responsibilities and obligations   - Manage daily/monthly/quarterly AEOI activities including IRS/ local registrations, periodic reconciliations,control certifications, provision of information to counterparties etc.  - Assist in quality control of AEOI related regulatory filings  - Coordinate with internal/ external stakeholders to resolve AEOI related issues/ queries  - Monitor AEOI related regulatory developments/ timelines and ascertain there impact on Invesco  - Support AEOI related change management processes and activities  - Manage and support Legal Entity Identifiers (LEIs) processes  - Manage LEI processes related to acquisition, renewal, and change management of Invesco's Legal Entity Identifiers  - Coordinate with stakeholders across Invesco for LEI related processes and information  - Monitor LEI process related regulatory developments and assist in analyzing their impact on Invesco  - Maintain highest degree of data quality and process integrity  - Work closely with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation / streamline in-scope processes, define/ document solutions, gather requirements, plan and implement   - Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders   - Assist in other regulatory driven initiatives/ projects including liaising with Legal and Compliance colleagues to determine regulatory impact of the proposed regulations  Work Experience/Knowledge :  - Experience within financial services (investment management/banking/insurance), is desirable  - 5 to 7 years of experience working in financial services firms  - Understanding or prior experience of working on FATCA/ CRS related initiatives is a significant plus  - Compliance/Operational Risk /Centralized Compliance Operations experience is a plus  - Good knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to Investment Management firms  - Experience with drafting, implementing. and monitoring processes and controls  - Strong Microsoft office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)experience  - Deep understanding and experience of regulatory change programs, is desirable  - Strong analytical skills and writing skills, to include solid experience in writing business and functional specifications  - Ability to build relationships by communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively with senior stakeholders, project teams and technical experts across a global scenario  Skills/Other Personal Attributes Required:  - Must possess good communication skills with the ability to be assertive  - Must be a detail-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills.  - Superior interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact and communicate with other team members and senior stakeholders  - The ability to multi-task on various projects and prioritize amidst competing demands  - Good verbal and written communication skills combined with ability to listen effectively  - Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills.  - Action-oriented. Able to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and concentrate on detailed information in a fast-paced demanding work environment.  - Strong work ethic  - Knowledge of Investment Management industry, data and processes is a plus  - Understanding of trade and client lifecycle is desirable  Work Hours:   - Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon the project or assignment.   - Hours may include evenings and/or weekends
