IKS Health is building a Care Enablement Platform to help revolutionize care delivery in the U.S. health system. The goal is to free Physicians of all the administrative tasks, while enabling them to focus on patients and improve outcomes. We need innovative thinkers and doers to steer our innovative ideas from conceptualization to viable, scalable solution offerings.

As a Technical Product Manager for CSS at IKS, you will use your technical skills and project management expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will be focused on building new product offerings and major enhancements to existing offerings to grow the CSS Feature Cluster. You will work with stakeholders - including product management, user experience, tech, design & development, external partners, and others - to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly across the team. You are equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive programs from conception through the full software feature life-cycle, to implementation, launch, and landing, including continuous improvement initiatives. Own specific areas for product launch such as program planning, delivery roadmap, identifying risks and stakeholder communication.

- Work with cross-functional technology / engineering, product management, and user experience designers and researchers to develop and manage technical programs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and reliable solutions to business specifications. Drive stakeholders towards a common goal and resolve dependencies and risks proactively.

- Manage technical projects or programs on the product life cycle, including facilitating the communication of project status to stakeholders (engineers and technical teams) across IKS, and with external partners when appropriate, to track workstreams and milestones

- Influence and shape multi-year strategy for the Clinical Support Solutions product team.

- Drive team productivity, velocity and quality improvements through continuous process innovation, including streamlining existing processes and deprecating processes that no longer meet the team's requirements.

Education & Experience:

Role prerequisites:

- MBBS/BAMS/BHMS/BDS or a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Prior healthcare experience would be preferred

- Candidates will typically have [4 / 6 / 8] years of experience in product management.

Preferred qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and communicate cross-functionally and cross-geographically with all levels of management.

- Ability to take initiative with the ability to effectively operate with velocity and flexibility in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non technical audiences.
