Profile Description:
This role would be responsible for handling all the client interactions and the technology tools available with IKS Revenue Optimization Services team for all the 3 streams (New client onboarding, Steady State team,new tech implementation team). Work closely with the transitions team, BI team, IS team, Client Services team and the Client team to ensure a seamless implementation of Optimix (and all related upgraded tools) and Dashboard for all new clients.

- Work closely with the transitions team, BI team, IS team, Client Services team and the Client team to ensure a seamless implementation of Optimix (and all related upgraded tools) and Dashboard for all new clients
- Act as a liaison between the IS team and the Operations team to channelize continuous communication between the two functions to help upgradation of current tools
- Responsible for ensuring technology adoption by all levels from operations
- Set up a governance mechanism to ensure clean adoption of tools and platforms, report out non-adherence and anomalies or gaps

Qualifications:
- Graduate from any discipline is a must
- MBA OR any post graduate degree/diploma is preferred
Role Prerequisites:
- A minimum of 13-15 years and above experience in a corporate
- A minimum of 8 years of experience of leading teams is a must.
- Experience in customer relationship management is a must.
- Experience in Functional Product Implementation with a mid- large size portfolio.
- Change management, problem solving and project management skills
Functional Competencies:
- AR: Knowledge on AR strategies, Payer guidelines, AR platforms, global issues, exposure to & understanding of AR complexities, denials & revenue stream, front end working environment would be preferred
- Billing: Knowledge on billing nuances, payer rules & guidelines, edits & rejections, billing platforms, exposure to & understanding of Coding would be preferred
- Payment Posting: Knowledge on payment / posting nuances, pay sources, enrollments, know-how of payer contractual, refunds & credits would be preferred
- Knowledge of either AR, PP, Billing, EV/BV would be preferred (Mandate for Internal Growth)
- Knowledge of federal and the top 5 commercial payers
- Basic Knowledge of Medical Codes would be preferred
