Inventory Analyst - FMCG

Role: Inventory Analyst

Key Responsibilities

- Review and Analyze inventory on weekly basis

- Identify inventory deviation

- Analyzing consumption variance on daily basis.

- Fortnightly report of raw & packing materials and preparation and presentation of variance report identifying root cause of wastages. Identify and categorize usable and non-usable Inventory for disposition, in-coordination with QC team

- Monthly Variance report for 3PL warehouse and presentation of report identifying root causes of discrepancy and wastages

- Provide support to warehouse and production team in resolving incorrect postings and incorrect stock movements

- Coordinate with 3PL warehouses for GR documents and carry out parallel posting in SAP for inventory alignment in time for sales release orders

- Maintain Customer Sold, and Ship to, sales person and plant alignment details in Customer master records

- Carry out service entries for 3PL warehouses in alignment with invoices

- Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures for activities carried out and identify areas of improvement in process

- SAP vs physical & Maintaining FIFO for all product
