A Leading Brand is looking for a person into Investment Banking - Real Estate Private Equity

Location: Mumbai

Job Description – Banking Investment

(Private Equity Investments, Debt Syndication, Financial Structuring, Documentation, Asset Management, M&A)

Reporting to - CEO

- Deal Sourcing/Origination & Closure (Real Estate Project Finance)

- Debt Syndication and Project Finance arrangement

- Private Equity / Structured Debt

- Asset Dispositions – Pre Leased Commercial Assets

- Strategic Advisory (Sell / Buy Side) & Deal Structuring

- Handling, sourcing and closure of Pre-leased Investment Properties (Rent Yielding Commercial Assets)

Responsible primarily for deal origination and management of execution for Real Estate

- Successful origination and closure of Private Equity infusion ($40 MN) by a Global Banking major into a project of a Mumbai based real estate firm

Construction Finance arrangement for a commercial project ($20 MN)

Successfully negotiated PE capital tie-up for a Solar Power Generation company

Development Finance arrangement for various groups across Mumbai, NCR and the Southern Markets
