Key Deliverables:
Regional Marketing function:
- Strategic planning for acquiring new partners, by exploring and identifying potential Universities.
- Relationship management with the existing partners to successfully maintain current business and generate new ones. Monitor business relationship based on the MOU signed.
Student Acquisition:
- To recruit and put together a team for lead management activity and put CRM in place for effective monitoring and ensuring higher conversion ratio.
- Building up of strong synergy between on-campus counselors and tele-counselors to effect maximum footfalls and higher conversions
- Setting up of target based incentive plan for counselors and sales team.
- Building up of strong relationship with the sales & marketing team of partner for filling up of our program inventory
Market Planning & Promotion:
- Understand the market scenario of the regions and strategies accordingly. Analyze the SWOT of every partner.
- Evaluate the market in terms of potential & size. Also conduct gap analysis for the programs offered
- Strategic preparation of total sales & marketing plan including campaign wise budgeting of cost, revenue and profitability
Technical Competencies:
- Rich experience in Education/Training Industry with Student & Partner Acquisition globally, Strategic Planning, Brand Building, Strategic Business alliance with University Partner & Acquisition Channels, Corporate & Marketing Communication, New Vertical Start-ups, Team Building & Day today Operations
Behavioral Competencies:
- Good inter and intra personal communication skills
