Key Deliverables:
- Would be a National responsibility
- Responsible for all top up/ short term
- Would need to build new relationship with Universities/ Colleges, maintain them over long tenure
- Will be in charge of all agreements with colleges / universities
- Responsible for sales revenue, Gross Profit, DSO and cash flow
- Responsible for building of team and would also need to individually build relationship and sell to Universities/ Colleges
- Initially would be an individual player and work with current RM and as business picks up, would need to create separate team
- Would have a component of fixed and incentive based salary structure
Skill & Experience:
- Should have sold top –up services to colleges
- Should have acquired universities/ colleges as part of sales
- Should be able to achieve partnership model for large business and not one time small sales
- Should have the balance of individual contribution and leading a sales team, ie individual contributor and team player
