Job Description:


- We're hiring a candidate with a specialization in Payroll Management, who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the payroll function within the organization.


- This role involves ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee compensation, tax compliance, and adherence to company policies and legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:


- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, including data collection, verification, and distribution of payroll checks or electronic deposits.

- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, deductions, and taxes.

- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and errors.

Team Leadership:


- Manage and lead the payroll team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.

- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Policy and Compliance:


- Stay updated on labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll best practices.

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll tax laws and reporting requirements.

- Develop and maintain payroll policies and procedures.

Technology and Process Improvement:


- Evaluate and implement payroll software and tools to streamline payroll processes.

- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations.

Reporting and Analytics:


- Generate payroll reports, including financial, tax, and compliance reports.

- Analyze payroll data to provide insights and recommendations for cost management and process improvement.

Audit and Recordkeeping:


- Manage payroll records and documentation for auditing purposes.

- Assist with internal and external audits related to payroll.

Employee Support:


- Address employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll matters.

- Provide guidance on payroll-related issues and ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in payroll management.

- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax laws, and regulations.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
