Role Description :
- Own and deliver on India QuickBooks Online subscriber retention goals of reducing attrition rate and improving Net Subscribers.
- Build, coach and micro-manage a team of Inside Sales Account Managers under Outsourced partner(s) to ensure Retention subscriber goals.
- Set-up processes and programs to ensure executive visibility to retention operations and team accurately maintains a 120-day forecast of retention targets.
- Ensure customer success by collaborating with Marketing and Support to reinforce customer benefit messaging and co-own customer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure seamless customer experience on renewal by collaborating with internal PM/ PD teams.
- Drive flawless operational execution and rapid experiments with the goal to improve retention metrics
- Be the voice-of-the-customer to build unit of one profile of happy customers and build solid understanding of how we can improve retention rate.
Candidate profile :
- Strong drive for results demonstrated by at-least 6-8 years experience in similar sales roles and expertise in handling b2b technology/ technology service verticals.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills in building, managing and over-deliver with larger partners, customers or accounts.
- Strong collaborator to get resourcing together in delivering own goals and building larger team understanding of customers and market.
- Excellent written/ oral communication skills to coach partner or team, but also manage stakeholder expectations and visibility.
- Young and dynamic individual; Proactive and willing to work in a start-up environment. Keen to learn and grow in career.
