6+ years of program management experience, demonstrated experience in setting up and managing large Agile global programs. Experience in setting up key business metrics for projects and help monitor those. Strong business acumen. Ability to understand product strategy and provide line of sight to metrics and initiatives. Adept in project management and working in a distributed global engineering ecosystem.

Candidates must have a Computer Science degree having played a similar role in MNC. Having PMP certification will be an added advantage.

The ideal candidates will have a strong program management background, proven leadership and communication skills, the ability to drive change in a matrixed environment, and experience with finance and compliance technologies. We are looking for a high performing, creative problem solver with a passion for innovation and a track record for delivering quality and timely results.

Responsibilities:

- Lead technical program management for engagements with touch points across global teams

- Lead planning for initiatives, partnering with key stakeholders across product management, engineering manager, architects and quality engineering leader.

- Lead agile adoption roll out for the Intuit's finance and compliance technologies Team

- Create shared vision and build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships / alignment with partners across the business (e.g. Program Mgmt., Product Management and Quality Engineering)

- Setup and monitor delivery metrics

- Provide clarity to senior management team about risks and issues and proactively work with stakeholders to fix them.

Qualifications

- 6+ years of program management experience delivering finance technology solutions

- Demonstrated experience setting up and managing large Agile global programs

- Agile expert. Strong ability to articulate and coach agile teams

- High-energy leader. Ability to build relationships and collaborate across a variety of stakeholders

- Very good understanding of software engineering practices and high velocity agile development.

- Demonstrated experience setting up key business metrics for projects and help monitor those

- Strong business acumen. Ability to understand product strategy and provide line of sight to metrics and initiatives

- Ability to seamlessly communicate to various levels of the organizations

- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills

- Adept in project management and working in a distributed global engineering ecosystem.

Some hands on development experience will be an added plus.
