Online Acquisition Marketing Manager
- Come join Intuit India as Online Acquisition Specialist. As a member of the Digital Marketing & Web Channel Team, you will be instrumental in growing and optimizing existing campaigns, at the same time conceiving, building, and launching new ones across a variety of Paid Channels.
- This position combines media agencies relationship responsibilities with hands-on campaign management that involves sizable marketing budgets with a high level of accountability.
- This role will play a pivotal part in evaluating and reporting the results and opportunities of our paid campaigns to the Digital Marketing & Web Channel Leader, APAC. Additionally, you will be partnering with product / marketing + telesales managers, Central online acquisition team and marketing analysts to identify how to drive relevant traffic to the site and continuously improve conversion.
Responsibilities :
- Develop a SEM + Display roadmap including strategies, processes, and tools
- Work with product & marketing teams to develop and execute online acquisition strategies to increase customer acquisition
- Develop new means of online acquisition opportunities through rigorous testing
- Maintain an understanding of innovative online marketing technologies for application in various platforms and channels
- Grow and maintain reporting infrastructure, including performance tracking and forecasting
- Assist in the development of mobile marketing opportunities
- Hands-on analysis of data to continuously improve conversion and ROI of online acquisition channels
- Collaborate with central & global online acquisition partners to build world-class practices
Qualifications :
- Be a domain expert with solid online acquisition experience
- Proven knowledge and expertise in online acquisition (search, programmatic, content) tactics and best practices, include leveraging customer insights to drive web sales channel growth - experience building in-house tools a plus
- Experience in real-time performance optimization of results and managing significant advertising budget ($2mm/yr spend),Needs to be Data Driven, Innovative and Efficient
- Proven experience in quantitative & qualitative analysis to justify proposed actions & contingencies, including experience with A/B and multivariate testing
- Demonstrates ability to prioritise activities effectively; focus on critical few, communicates and aligns conflicting priorities & proposes solutions
- Experience with SiteCatalyst, x+1, Adlens platform a plus
- Has a Flair for ambiguity and infectious can do attitude
- Demonstrated ability and self-motivation to excel within an environment of rapid change, growth mentality and a drive for continuous improvement
- Experience in influencing and guiding people outside of reporting structure in a matrix environment
- Balanced individual who brings can do motivation to work every day. Without direction, gets started and proactively thinks about what needs to come next
- BA / BS or equivalent related work experience in marketing and/or sales.
- Minimum 5 years experience in online acquisition space
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas, updates and results to business partners on various levels
- Outstanding team player with a client partnership mindset to interact effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues
