Training Manager, India - SaaS Trainer
As the customer training manager for Intuit India you will have a huge impact on the success of our small business and accounting professional customers.
- You will be responsible for ensuring they are fully trained on QuickBooks Online and have the ability to utilise all of the features. This in turn will assist them in building a successful business.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Planning and execution of high quality training programmes and materials according to business needs
- Ensuring training delivery is of a standard that maintains best in class status
- Coaching & development of a team of external training providers to enable the delivery of high quality training products, services and a consistently excellent customer experience
- Maintenance & development of quality training systems & solutions which meet all requirements associated with effective training performance and management
- Working closely with global stakeholders to deliver, within budget, a learning environment that is appropriate & innovative and encourages the highest quality learning possible
- Undertake ongoing reviews of training provision
- Significant travel to customer sites and regional training events is a requirement of this position
Qualifications & Skills Required :
- Complex system implementation designs and the associated building, development, and management of teams capable of executing the implementation
- External and internal training delivery. May prepare training materials and/or modifications to existing training materials to incorporate client requirements.
- Scope estimates and complex, multi-dimensional project plans for customer implementations.
- A business degree / training vocational qualification
- Previous experience in people / team management
- Proven track record of designing and delivering best in class training
- Experience working within fixed budgets
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
- Delivery of customer experience at or above customer & shareholder expectations for self and project team
