What is the role :

- Intuit India is seeking an exceptionally talented Marketing Manager to manage and execute programs across paid, earned, and owned channels to acquire new customers.

- Applicants must have demonstrated expertise in acquisition marketing - ranging across search marketing, digital display advertising, owned and operated channels, and social media marketing.

- Develop and execute marketing activities intended to educate small businesses about QuickBooks in India and how it helps small businesses save time and be in control of their business with real time visibility to their cash flow and ability to keep track of their payments.

- You'll need to be the champion and architect of your ideas. We're looking for a leader with strong ownership over the outcome and who can carry our voice and our brand to new heights.

This role will be responsible for standing up new marketing programs, testing aggressively, and prioritizing initiatives to scale branding and acquisition marketing efforts.

The marketing manager should be detail-oriented and extremely organised, be thick-skinned and professional, capable of dealing with ambiguity and rapidly-changing priorities, and comfortable working with local and international teams and management. He/She should be entrepreneurial in outlook and be comfortable in a - startup- environment (albeit with the resources of the global Company).

Responsibilities :

- Develop marketing strategy for all of Intuit products in India.

- Manage and execute campaigns to attract, acquire and retain existing customers.

- Manage and optimize a large, multi-million-dollar advertising budget.

- Leverage data to analyze and optimize programs.

- Strong analytical approach to ROI and campaign performance.

- Reporting on progress against goals and relevant marketing metrics.

- Liaise with International teams to share best practices and testing plans.

- Innovate and implement test and learn strategies, implement ongoing improvements and invest in areas that drive scalable results.

- Own key business metrics, support in-depth business reviews and present to senior executives

Who should apply :

Qualifications

- 5+ years of relevant work experience in eCommerce or consumer product companies

- MBA/BTech/BE Degree preferred

- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and optimize a multi-million-dollar marketing budgets

- Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and optimize marketing programs.

- Experience hiring and managing a team / agencies.

- Understanding of Media planning and buying across TV, Print, Outdoor, Radio and Ground Activations

- Relentlessly high standards and a high attention to detail.

- Demonstrated success with industry leading marketing programs.

- Ability to plan strategically, but stay on top of tactical execution.
