Role Overview:

Intuit India is focused on creating innovative financial management solutions for Small & Medium Business (- 20 people) & Accountants that are delivered using the web & mobile channels. The company will work to build an eco-system to serve millions of customers with innovative products under the QuickBooks brand that will delight them with their simplicity & impact.

We are looking for an exceptional digital media professional with expertise in search and social advertising. Successful candidates will sbe creative and driven in the pursuit of growing Intuit QuickBooks. They will also be able to lead and coordinate across multi-functional teams throughout the Intuit marketing enterprise. A passion for learning, experimenting and pushing the boundaries of digital media is required!

Online Marketing Skills / Capabilities:

- 10+ years total work experience (6+ years digital marketing experience)

- Contributes to digital media plans in partnership with the Marketing Team including paid search, paid social advertising, and display media buying in addition to landing page and microsite briefing and production.

- Oversees agency deployment of media plans in search, social and display advertising, providing guidance on keyword and other targeting as well as spend targets and bidding strategy.

- Provides optimization direction to media agencies, especially in paid search, including messaging strategy and campaign organization changes and performance metrics

- Contributes to practice development in search, social and display in partnership with agencies and channel leaders. Helps design best practices in campaign design, ad and landing page testing.

- Exceptional analytical capability, able to rapidly and independently arrive at campaign insights such as query behavior, audience segmentation, winning ad message themes, and successful landing page strategies. Proactively suggests campaign changes and designs to produce continual performance improvement

- Partners with analytics and finance to support performance forecasting and results attribution

- Hands-on expertise managing SEO & content marketing initiatives

Qualification:

- Excellent written and interpersonal communicator

- Experience in marketing SaaS / software products online or with an eCommerce company

- Experience of working in a matrix environment with teams spread across geographies
