The Company:

- Our client is a young, fast-growing family owned Group with interests in Real Estate, Automobile Education and Venture Capital sectors. We are currently at the cusp of an major expansion and professional transformation and seeking to hire few exceptionally brilliant and go-getter professionals to fulfill change enabler and intrapreneur in residence role within the Group.

The Role :


- Based in Bangalore, this role will report directly to the CEO. This role is designed to provide executive support, internal change enablement and to support the fast faced growth and transformation of the company.


- The incumbent will work in a one-on-one working relationship to the CEO and will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO. This role serves as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams, organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts and program manages special projects based on CEO's mandate and priority.


- The ideal candidate for this role must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and people oriented.


- The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, business analysis, quantitative analysis, administrative and organizational skills and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. He / She will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

- In essence, this role will provide a comprehensive grooming ground for a young and aspirational professional, a strong grooming ground to be able to take up a future business leader role

Responsibilities include ( but not limited to ) :

Executive Support:

- Communicates directly and on behalf of the CEO, with senior executives, Board members, key staff, and others, on matters related to CEO's business initiatives.

- Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.

- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.

- Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CEO updated.

Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization, and manages a variety of special projects for the CEO, some of which may have organizational impact.

- Prioritizes conflicting needs, handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

Senior Management Liaison:

Participates as an member of the Executive Team including assisting in agenda setting and providing overall approach of meeting effectiveness and outcomes.

Strategic Initiatives:

Works with the Senior leadership team and CEO s of business verticals to push and Strategic Initiatives team in coordinating the President's outreach activities.

Business Analysis & Strategic planning :

Assists the CEO with timely quantitative and qualitative analysis in terms of Business Research, Financial Projections, Pricing & market analysis and any strategic management inputs.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and consultant.

- Expert level written and verbal communication skills.

- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability

- Displays high degree of Emotional maturity.

- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be effective independently.

- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.

- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

- Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.

- BE in Engineering, preferably civil.

- MBA from a top Business School.

- Exceptional skills in MS Office and IT productivity tools.

Experience Requirements: Experience supporting C-Level Executives, preferably in a Real Estate / Multi Business group.
