Job Overview:

As a DEI Associate, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their diversity, equity, and inclusion goals. You will work alongside experienced DEI professionals to assess, plan, and execute initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within organizations.

Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique DEI challenges, objectives, and organizational culture.

- Assessment and Analysis: Conduct DEI assessments, data analysis, and benchmarking to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

- Strategy Development: Assist in creating customized DEI strategies and action plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.

- Policy Review: Evaluate and recommend changes to HR policies and procedures to align with DEI goals and principles.

- Monitoring and Reporting: Implement systems for tracking DEI progress and prepare regular reports for clients.

- Research and Trends: Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Qualifications:

- Master's in Business administration/Economics/Statistics/Gender Studies with 2-4 years of experience

- Previous experience in DEI, HR, or consulting is a plus.

- Ability to analyse analytical data and create reports

- Knowledge of DEI best practices and relevant legislation.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.

- Passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

- Full time role, based at Bengaluru , hybrid working
