Overall Responsibilities:
GTM Analytics & Strategy:
- Establish data governance, define key performance metrics, and ensure cross-team alignment
- Own business metrics from extraction to automation, ensuring accuracy and impact
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and mentor POD leads (Acquisition, Conversion, Product Analytics)
- Hire and build an agile analytics team, guiding analysts and data scientists
Data-Driven Growth:
- Improve conversions (V2L, L2P), feature adoption, UI/UX, and GTM efficiency
- Implement attribution tracking, funnel optimization, and A/B testing
Stakeholder Reporting & Alignment:
- Ensure visibility into GTM analytics workload and align with company-wide goals
- Provide leadership with actionable insights to drive strategy
- POD-Level Responsibilities
Acquisition POD:
- Optimize marketing funnels, campaign performance, and channel efficiency to drive high-quality lead acquisition
- Implement attribution tracking and A/B testing to enhance customer targeting & conversion rates
Conversion POD:
- Strengthen L2P funnel tracking, pipeline health, and sales performance metrics to improve conversion rates
- Conduct win/loss analysis and A/B testing to refine conversion strategies and minimize drop-offs
Product POD:
- Drive feature adoption and product-led growth through data-driven insights
- Optimize UI/UX with experimentation and A/B testing to enhance user engagement
