Skills : Preparing Investment Memorandum, Investor Presentations, Conducting Investor Meetings, Market Research & Sales

4-8 years (preferably in any HFCs, NBFCs or Banks in Real Estate Vertical / Hospitality Segment)

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

Understanding investment objective and preparing Investor Memorandum & Investor Pitch Deck

Evaluating various investment opportunities from credit and risk perspective

Should have good sectorial understanding of markets

Introducing new products for providing investment opportunities
