Job Purpose:
- Ensure effective Client Engagement activities and profitable growth by strategizing and executing the Client Engagement plans.
- Experience in the BFSI sector preferred
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Go-to-market strategy in line with the company's business goals and objectives.
- This strategy should address market & Industry Segmentation, target customer profiles, Line of Business focus, Partner focus, pricing & margins
- Develop strategic account plans that outline the goals, objectives, and actions needed to maximize the value of the client relationship.
- Identifying growth opportunities, cross-selling or upselling in existing accounts and farming similar opportunities in new identified accounts
- Managing and achieving quarterly / half yearly and Annual Targets from a revenue standpoint with agreed diversity in product mix, margins and profitability
- Develop and maintain sales plans, sales forecasts, and budgets.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance against targets, making adjustments as necessary to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Managing agreed KPIs on an ongoing basis
- Mining existing customer and also new customer acquisitions
- Making customers and prospects aware of Intertecs breadth of offerings and prospecting accordingly
- Closely track competition and also market in terms of their movement and create strategies accordingly
- Responsible for building trust with customers and partners.
- Creating marketing opportunities and also participating in events/networking sessions to build higher brand awareness
- Manage partner eco system and also interactions with Consultants/Advisors
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
- Work with the internal teams to identify, target, and nurture potential customers.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and manage customer expectations.
- Ensure Client retention
- Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within client relationships and develop strategies to mitigate these risks in a timely manner
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors, and use this knowledge to provide strategic insights to both the client and the company.
