What will you do:
Being an HR manager for a business which has HR Managers from all over India as its customers is a role filled with interesting twists - to say the least. This is a leadership role for us where we are looking for someone who is at the cusp of HR & Marketing. Internally, you would play a key role in setting up fast growing Internshala team along with necessary HR frameworks. Externally, we would look up to you to help us grow the community of HR Managers who use Internshala platform to hire interns and keep them engaged.
Specific responsibilities include -
- Work with business to identify recruitment needs to support business growth
- Build talent pipeline for various roles, set up recruitment process, compensation policy, and reward and recognition framework.
- Manage day to day HR operations
- Identify innovative ways to attract HR managers all over India to use Internshala platform and grow the community
Who are we looking for:
You, if you:
- have 3-5 years of prior experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Policies & Operations.
- have deep interest in HR trends, issues and are active on different HR forums
- are a go getter who appreciates the challenges of working in a start-up environment and thrives in that.
Location: Gurgaon
Remuneration: As per market standards and candidate's qualification and experience
