- What will you do?
As AVP - Performance Marketing, you will take full ownership of Internshala's paid marketing ecosystem, driving high-impact, scalable growth across multiple verticals. This is your opportunity to lead and scale performance marketing for a high-growth recruitment marketplace, already serving millions of users each month, and take it to 2-3x that scale.
Beyond jobseeker growth, you will spearhead performance efforts for our skilling business, which is already generating monthly revenue in crores, with a mandate to double it. This is a high-stakes, high-reward role, where you'll work with large budgets, advanced Martech, and a data-driven approach to unlock new levels of efficiency and ROI.

Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute high-impact performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Own budget allocation and optimization to maximize ROI across all paid channels.
- Design and refine customer acquisition funnels to improve conversion rates and reduce CPA.
- Leverage retargeting, automation, and personalization to nurture high-intent leads.
B2C Growth: Jobseekers & Ed-Tech:
- Drive jobseeker applications and acquisitions at an optimized CPA.
- Scale lead generation for Placement Guarantee Courses while maintaining ROI-positive results.
B2B Growth: Lead Generation:
- Generate high-quality leads for our sales team across startups, GSBs, and enterprises.
- Optimize for lead quality and conversion rates to improve sales efficiency.
- Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor a team of 3 performance marketers, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Growth teams to improve funnel performance.
- Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to fine-tune lead generation strategies.
Data & Performance Optimization:
- Continuously track and improve key metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, Conversion Rates, CPL).
- Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Mixpanel, MoEngage, and other tools to extract insights and iterate.
Who are we looking for?
Someone who:-
- Has 7-10 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in high-growth startups or ed-tech.
- Has a proven track record of managing - 50L+ monthly ad spends and delivering ROI-positive results.
- Has strong analytical skills-proficient in attribution modeling, funnel analysis, and data-driven decision-making
- Has experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Has high ownership mindset with a bias for action and experimentation.
