Job Description:
- The position will be responsible for developing the plan and parameters for the corporate social media strategy, determine objectives, establishment of goals, etc.
- Implementation and managing social media campaigns using social network analytical tools
Deliverables:
- Response management on social media and other consumer forums.
- End-to-end Complaint resolution and close-looping with the customers
- Ensuring that the responses on social media are in sync with the brand values and ethos, and ensure that the brand image is positive
- Highlighting process gaps to the process owners and driving them to closure
- Continuously evaluating tools and systems for effective web crawling
- Interactions with bloggers, influential people on Twitter, high social profile customers and ensuring experience is seamless; and trying to convert them to brand ambassadors.
- To maintain and nourish client brand image on social media
