We have an urgent opening in a Leading BIG 4 MNC in Gurgaon for the position of Manager - International Taxation
Company Profile:

The Big Four are the four largest international accountancy and professional services firms, which handle the vast majority of audits for publicly traded companies as well as many private companies, creating an oligopoly in auditing large companies.

Level : Manager - International Taxation

Job Description:

- Should have expertise is DTAA analysis;

- Should be able to determine the applicable tax withholding rate on the overseas payment made by us in accordance with the section 195/9 read with relevant DTAAs

- Exposure in handling departmental issues with respect to international taxation;

- Must have experience in handling PE related issue like filing of ITR in other countries, preparation of financial statements according to the PE requirements

- Liaisoning with various overseas offices in connection with the handling overseas taxation matter.

- Working knowledge of preparation of financial statements and general taxation matter.

QUALIFIED CA ON OR BEFORE 2005 REQUIRED.
