Job Description :
- Drive the growth of the speciality chemicals portfolio in the designated geographies through developing a strong insight on sales strategy, planning, and implementation
- The client is focused on emerging as a premier global provider of total crop solutions designed to secure the world's long-term food supply.
- It offers an integrated portfolio of both patented and post-patent agricultural solutions for various arable and specialty crops, including biological, crop protection, seed treatment and post-harvest solutions covering the entire crop value chain.
- Achieve the annual objectives - Sales, Receivables and Gross Contribution. Development and achievement of annual operating plan and budgets, in terms of revenue, EBITDA and market share.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the profitability and broaden the product base of the business.
- Handle key accounts, maintain good business relations with them and acquire new customers.
- Achieve the gross profit targets for the assigned categories.
- Devise and Implement Sales Strategy for different products across regions to increase sales.
- Manage the existing suppliers and add new suppliers for the related categories.
- Handle cross selling of existing products to new customers and new products to existing customers.
- Conduct inventory planning for the supplier specific products after understanding the lead time.
- Lead and coach the team to manage the team motivation and productivity.
- Manage the finance related processes, documentation & payment terms with the customers of assigned categories.- Ensure timely resolution of customers' issues/queries to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Assists in the development and launching of new products
- Leverages the organization's relationship with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives.- Stay up to date on the market trends and Intelligence of various regions.
- 6+ years of Sales & Marketing experience
- Knowledge of B2B Sales in Chemical Industry
- Exposure to International Sales
- Experience of working with teams in a fast paced, high-growth focused, dynamic and a hands-on work environment.
- Have a strong solution focus and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.
- Team player with an energetic, can-do personality, capable of building strong internal and intercompany relationships is crucial
- High comfort level working with senior Indian and International executives.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
