About the Role:

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented International Sales Specialist to join our global sales team.

- In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on international markets, identifying key trends, competitors, and opportunities.

- Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to target new customers and expand market share in assigned territories.

- Customer Acquisition: Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers through effective sales techniques and presentations.

- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

- Account Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction.

- Sales Reporting: Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure effective sales execution.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.

- Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural nuances.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages a plus.

- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
