- Graduate
- Age group: 25 to 30 years
- Proven 3-4 years of experience in High end Real Estate, Wholesale Corporate Travel or similar complex sales industry
- Highly proactive
- Some aviation knowledge is preferable but not compulsory
- Grounded i.e. strong influences outside work
- Potential to grow into management role
- Determined to grow to be a Manager
- Diligent and Entrepreneurial while being systematic
- Charismatic i.e. can make compelling and persuasive presentation
- Strong negotiator
- Flexible i.e. 360 degree sales - should be able to see options
- Adaptive and open to change - can deal with constantly changing priorities as dictated by validation process
- Willing and open to a 24x7 process
Role:
- Market Development
- Finding new companies in all Business Categories
- Economic Intelligence
- Build and update contacts of IN/DM in the database
- Build a network of Repeat Clients
- Increase add to our availability listings
b. Commercial Leasing:
- Keeping Track of all the startups/Sell outs and intelligence and record the same in Database
- All the contacts updated and cleaned up.
- Contact Logs updated
- Add new companies in the system with IN/DM contacts
c. Administration
- Assist in the overall Business Process automation and development undertaken by the India office
