International Sales Manager (Pet/Packaging Films/Plastics/Polymer/BOPP)
- Responsible for Sales, Marketing & Business Development of Polyester Films (BOPET) for the International Region.
- To ensure successful implementation of Sales & Marketing strategies.
- To achieve profitability & growth for the business unit.
- Selling BOPET films to plastic converters in Nigeria and neighboring countries.
- B2B Sales/ Key Account Management/ Technical Support/ Customer Service.
- Prepare an appropriate and competitive pricing strategy while maintaining profitability.
- Work very closely with the operations team to ensure on time delivery of products & services to the clients/ customers.
- Coordinate sales planning, forecasting & budgeting.
- Implement tools & technologies including CRM and ensure standard compliance.
- Leading and managing team to ensure achievements of annual targets.
- Provide input for preparation of 3-year business plan.
- Identifying opportunities to maximize sales and increase customer base.
- Deliver enhanced contribution by driving volume of high margin VA (Value Added) Products.
- Provide marketing input to Business Planning team to prepare marketing plans and enable development of new products.
- Strategic participation in high impact projects and cross functional business improvement plans.
Qualification And Experience:
1. BE & MBA & should have at least 9-16 years of in export sales and marketing, preferably in the Bopp/ PET/ Plastic/ Polypropylene or Polyester Industry.
2. Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
3. You must have good communication skills and should have a proven track record of managing teams.
4. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
