Job Description:
- Develop Marketing & sales strategies for international (middle east) market for fine jewelry.
a) Forecast, Budgeting & Planning.
- Strategy for international market for sales of fine Jewelry and mountings.
- Fixing the Annual targets / forecast of overall sales and fixing the parameters like sales, KRA, KPI for sales team and all sales staff.
- Generating the sales with profitability as per company- strategy
a) Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Targeting the sales as per countries, cities, customers, and products categories.
- Planning and participating in international Jewelry shows with specific objectives and tracking them with outcome and results.
- Customer satisfaction survey, generating conducting action plan/ strategy and improving the same.
- Abilities to forecast and visualize the market / trends / key parameters of jewelry industries. Give Specific inputs to Product development team for,
a) New developments.
b) Change / modifications in current products.
c) Based on participating in exhibitions and international sales visits, requirements of new designs / trends /product lines / fliers/ product promotion support etc.
- Close monitoring and control of sales receivables, and resolving the issues related to tough recovery effectively and swiftly.
- MIS: Reporting to management on daily/weekly/monthly and annually.
- Contributes to team effort by being SMART team player and accomplishing the results (KRA, Strategies and HR).
Skills required:
- Proven international sales experience along with Meeting Sales Goals.
- Tough and smart Negotiator with specific objective in mind and sales strategy of company.
- Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning,
- Building Relationships.
- Market Knowledge, Understand Budgeting and Planning.
- Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
- Excellent oral and written communications.
- Good command over spoken English language. Spoken Arabic knowledge preferred.
- Proficient in PC usage (MS Office, Internet and Data Analysis)
